Pole Dance @ Vertical Fit Saint-Junien

Attend a lesson confirms the acceptance of these rules of procedure.

Article 1: Location

Classes are held in Vertical Fit's premises at 8 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau 87200 Saint-Junien.

Many car parks are present around the room (some with disk parking). The largest is the fairground parking.

Article 2: Registration conditions

The courses schedule is delivered each end of the month for the following month via the website https://resafit.vertical-fit.fr
For this, you will need to create a user account.

It is mandatory to register in advance on the website above for the time slot(s) chosen, the number of places in each course being limited.
No registration will be taken by mail, phone or on social networks

Blocage du compte de réservation Résafit en cas d’abus
Pour les élèves ayant des cartes de cours, Vertical Fit bloquera le compte de réservation de cours s’il est constaté :
–  Plus de 3 absences au cours sans désinscription préalable par le site de réservation sans justificatif médical
– et/ou Plus de 3 désinscriptions très tardives au cours (- de 3h avant le début du cours) sans justificatif médical
– et/ou Plus de 3 retards de plus de 10 minutes.
– et/ou un comportement déplacé en cours envers le professeur ou les autres élèves
Dans ces cas, Vertical Fit se réserve le droit de ne plus accepter l’élève en cours pendant une période d’un mois, et ceci sans dédommagement ni prolongation de sa carte d’abonnement.
Pour les élèves n’ayant pas de carte de cours en cours de validité, en cas d’abus, leur compte Résafit pourra être désactivé immédiatement, et ce dès le 2ème abus.

Minors are accepted in class with the parents' consent (parental permission is required).
Legal officers undertake to accompany their minor child under 15 to the dance hall and to come and look for them. By deciding to let him come or leave alone, they release the responsibility of Vertical Fit, especially in case of absence of the teacher, for any problem that would occur.

WARNING : there is NO free trial course at Vertical Fit.

Point cards are:

Seul l’achat d’une nouvelle carte prolonge la durée de validité de l’ancienne carte de l’équivalent de la durée de validité de la nouvelle carte.
Les crédits de votre carte peuvent être gelés en cas d’inaptitude médicale à la pratique de la pole dance ou de grossesse SUR PRESENTATION D’UN CERTIFICAT MEDICAL OU D’UNE DISPENSE DE SPORT UNIQUEMENT.

Dans le cas particulier d’une grossesse, les cartes seront gelées au maximum pendant une durée de 2 ans après l’arrêt des cours + le restant de la durée de validité de la carte.
Par exemple, si le Client possède une carte valable un an et qu’il a déjà effectué 6 mois de cours, sa durée de validité après sa date d’arrêt sera de 2ans et 6 mois.

Private lesson (1h) : 50€ (suivant disponibilité de la salle et du prof)

Semi-private course (2 people, 1h) : 45€/personne (suivant disponibilité de la salle et du prof)

Cours semi-particulier (3 personnes, 1h) : 40€/personne (suivant disponibilité de la salle et du prof)

Cours semi-particulier (4 personnes et plus, 1h) : 35€/personne (suivant disponibilité de la salle et du prof)
Anniversaire, enterrement de vie de jeune fille (durée: 1h30) : 25€/pers (minimum 5 personnes et suivant disponibilité de la salle et du prof, si moins de 5 personnes tarif à 30€/personne).

Acompte de 50€ requis à régler au plus tard une semaine avant la date choisie pour confirmer la réservation de la salle.
Le créneau N’EST PAS RESERVE tant que le chèque d’acompte n’est pas reçu.

Article 3: Course overview

Initiation - Duration 1h:
- 10 minutes warm up
- 45 minutes of pole dance practice
- 5 minutes of stretching

Beginner / intermediate - Duration 1h30:
- 30 minutes of warm up, flexibility and muscle building
- 50 minutes of pole dance practice
- 10 minutes of stretching

Avancé – Durée 1h30 :
- 30 minutes of warm up, flexibility and muscle building
- 50 minutes of pole dance practice
- 10 minutes of stretching

The student must report to the room prior to the start of class if not in sports wear, to allow the class to begin and finish on time.
Attention : la salle ouvre au plus tôt 15 minutes avant le début du cours.

No delay of more than 10 minutes.
In case of delay, the teacher reserves the right not to admit the student once the course has started.

Any student attending a class without being registered in advance may be refused access if the number of places available is insufficient to accommodate him.

Any course started is due in its entirety.

All cancellations must be made via the website https://resafit.vertical-fit.fr au moins 24h avant le début du cours.
Tout cours annulé dans les 24h précédent le début du cours est dû.

No spectators are accepted in class.
All attendance at a course is considered a registration and therefore subject to current rates.

The teacher reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of students enrolled is less than two.

The course may be canceled in case of illness of the teacher or in case of force majeure. In this case, students will be notified as soon as possible by Facebook, phone, email or, failing this, by posting on the door of the room.

The teacher is only responsible for the students during the course. He is no longer responsible for the students as soon as they leave the school.

Students are responsible for their personal belongings: neither the teacher nor the school can be held responsible in case of theft. It is better not to bring precious objects or to keep them on oneself.

Article 4: Health and safety

People who are injured or have a medical contraindication to the practice of pole dance will not be allowed to participate in the courses.
En cas de grossesse, il est nécessaire d’obtenir un avis médical concernant la pratique de la pole dance.

The responsibility of the teacher can not be engaged if the student would participate in a course with the awareness of his state of health unsuited to the practice of the pole.

It is forbidden to wear jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces are prohibited, small earrings allowed) because they can hurt, damage the poles and break themselves.

Ne pas appliquer de crèmes, baumes ou corps gras sur le corps et les mains le jour de l’entrainement : cela fait glisser.

Proper pole wear is required for practice:
- leggings / tank top / sweats / socks or leg warmers for warming up and stretching
- shorts (short) / tank top (sleeveless preferred) / sports bra (optional for initiation level, compulsory from beginner level)

It is also strongly recommended to bring water.

It is forbidden to practice spins or tricks that have never been seen in class because they can be dangerous and not adapted to the level of the student.
In the case where the student would practice a spin or trick never seen in class without the knowledge of the teacher, it can not be held responsible in case of injury or fall.
Si l’élève est rappelé à l’ordre concernant des figures qu’il exécuterait et qui ne seraient pas de son niveau, Vertical Fit se réserve le droit de ne plus accepter l’élève en cours pendant une période d’un mois à partir du 3ème avertissement verbal, et ceci sans dédommagement ni prolongation de sa carte d’abonnement.

Each student must have civil liability insurance.

NB : la pratique de la pole dance sous l’emprise de l’alcool, de stupéfiants ou de certains médicaments pouvant altérer la notion de danger ou de prise de risques n’est pas tolérée. Le professeur se réserve le droit d’exclure du cours sans dédommagement tout élève présentant des signes visibles de consommation.

In the event of a medical emergency during the session, the professor is authorized to take all the necessary measures (call the emergencies and transfer to the nearest hospital).

Article 5: Respect for the teacher, premises and equipment

Students, teachers and practitioners are required to respect the basic safety rules in section 4.

The material made available to students must be respected according to the conditions of use defined by the teacher.

It is forbidden to use the poles outside the hours of class or rental of the hall.

The classroom, cloakrooms and toilets must be left in a state of order and proper cleanliness.

It is forbidden to smoke and drink alcohol in the premises.

It is forbidden to introduce animals.

City shoes are forbidden in the room dedicated to the practice of pole dance.

Body hygiene is required of both students and teachers.

It is forbidden to eat in the classroom and in the locker room.

The rules of good neighborliness and community life, and in particular respect for others, must be scrupulously respected.

Only the teacher is allowed to teach pole dance. Any student who does not respect the content of the course (endangering himself or someone else) may be excluded.
It is forbidden for students to show a figure to another student, except with the teacher's consent.

Phones must be off or in silent mode during class.

Each student undertakes to adopt a behavior of a nature to guarantee the good course of the course, as well as the conviviality of the place.

No abusive, racist, sexist, degrading, violent behavior ... will be tolerated.

Any behavior considered inappropriate will be sanctioned first by a direct verbal warning, then by an exclusion of the course without possibility of refund.

A definitive refusal of admission to the courses will be put in place in case of persistence of this state of affairs.

Article 6: Degradation

Any act of non-respect of the rules of procedure, degradation, violence, theft or incivility on the part of the pupils may lead to a temporary or definitive exclusion pronounced by the teacher.

Any degradation made to the equipment (poles, yoga mats, sound system...) will be charged to the student.

If the exclusion is final and if there are still courses to take on the card of the latter, the courses will not be refunded.

Article 7: Confidentiality

The pedagogy, the choreographies or sequences provided in the courses of Vertical Fit are the exclusivity of the teacher. The student undertakes not to divulge any teaching received by the teacher outside the classes.
It is therefore forbidden to film the explanations given by the teacher in class.

Article 8 : Respect du règlement intérieur

En cas de manquement au règlement intérieur de la part de l’élève, celui-ci pourra être exclu définitivement des cours, et ce sans remboursement possible.
